For this ORF has placed a 10 years contract with a service provider to transfer the video tapes.In outsourcing its video cassette digitisation service, one of ORF's non-delegable duties is to examine the delivered archive files for compliance with the agreed quality characteristics, at least on a spot check basis.For this task ORF decided to use Cube-Tec MXF Legalizer technology to validate the delivered video files for compliance with the agreed quality characteristics.
